Denise is beautiful on the outside, sweet to talk to but when it’s time for business it is like release the Kraken! She is a tiger when a problem arises and will stop at nothing to fulfill her clients needs! She has sold two homes for me and we are closing our second buy soon!

We sold our old house and bought a newly-built one in June of 2020. Denise was our agent and she was awesome! The listing price she came up with for the old house was spot on, because we got full asking price. Though there wasn't any wiggle room with the base price of the new house, she nonetheless helped us get $15,000 off of the lot premium. She wasn't just our agent; She was our advocate and guide over the listing, showing, selling, and closing phases of the old house, then again with the viewing, buying, building, and closing phases of the new one. A few times, there were bumps in the road with selling the old house and she knew exactly what to do. Then, when we felt we were being taken advantage of by the builder, she made us aware of our rights as buyers and at one point stepped in and averted some potential shenanigans. We were quite impressed with her knowledge of the the various facets of real estate. We can't say enough about her!
